Learning, rooted in who we are.

Sharing knowledge, reclaiming traditions, and creating space for Inuit-led learning across our homelands.

What are we learning?

We are learning our cultural and traditional skills, working to reclaim the things we have lost through acts of colonialism.

Traditional livelihoods include things such as survival and hunting skills on the land and sea, language revitalization, understanding our roles as stewards of the sila, child rearing, spirituality and other learning opportunities determined as a need by Inuit.

Building a community of practice

INF is creating learning spaces for Inuit to share knowledge, strengthen connections, and learn from one another across regions. Through webinars, Inuit-led gatherings, and an evolving community of practice, we highlight the work of partners and grantees, supporting exchanges that reflect community priorities and advance our strategic goals, building a community of practice in grantmaking.
